TikLiveAPI provides a TikTok Scraper API: a set of REST endpoints that return publicly available TikTok data such as user profiles, videos, hashtags, music, and comments. Access is sold as prepaid credits. One successful API request consumes one credit. Credits do not expire. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms.
To use the API you must register with your name and a valid email address, and verify that email address through the link we send you. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Each account receives a personal API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secret. All requests made with your key count against your credit balance, whether or not you authorized them. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us so it can be rotated.
Credit packages can be purchased with cryptocurrency (processed by Cryptomus) or by credit card (processed by Paynkolay). Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page. Credits are added to your account once the payment provider confirms the transaction. We do not store your card or wallet details; payments are handled entirely by the payment processors.
A credit package purchase is refundable on request as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Once any portion of the credits has been consumed, the purchase is no longer refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
You agree to use the API only for lawful purposes. In particular you must not: use the data in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties, including TikTok users; exceed or attempt to circumvent the rate limits assigned to your account; resell, sublicense, or share raw API access (for example by distributing your API key); or use the service to harass, deanonymize, or harm individuals. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We work to keep the API fast and available, and we publish real-time uptime information on our status page. However, the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. TikTok may change its platform at any time, which can temporarily affect individual endpoints.
Accounts can be in one of three states: pending (registered but email not yet verified), active, or blocked. We may block an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or initiates fraudulent payments. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time via the contact page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikLiveAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits affected by the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows the current revision. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
