You can request a refund for any credit package purchase as long as none of the purchased credits have been used. Once you have consumed any portion of the credits from a purchase, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and the order ID. We will verify that the credits on the order are unused and, if eligible, process the refund back to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued within a few business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
