1. The Service
TikLiveAPI provides a TikTok Scraper API sold as prepaid credits. One successful API request consumes
one credit. Credits do not expire. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these
terms.
2. Accounts and API Keys
You must register with accurate information and verify your email address. Each account receives a
personal API key; keep it secret. All requests made with your key count against your credit balance.
3. Payments and Refunds
Credit packages can be purchased with cryptocurrency (Cryptomus) or credit card (Paynkolay). A purchase
is refundable on request as long as none of its credits have been used.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the API only for lawful purposes. Do not exceed your rate limits, resell or share raw API access, or
use the data in ways that violate the rights of third parties.
5. Availability and Liability
The service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
TikLiveAPI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
