Music Info
Retrieve detailed metadata for a specific music track, including title, artist, album cover, and usage statistics. Returns id, title, author, album, duration, original flag, cover art and a direct audio play URL, plus video_count - the number of videos using the sound. Poll video_count over time to plot adoption curves; a track jumping from thousands to tens of thousands of uses in days is a trend forming.
Post Music
Fetch a feed of videos that feature a specific music track. Discover how a sound is being used across TikTok. Same music_id key as /music-info/ but returns the actual videos: complete objects with author, counters and media URLs, paged by cursor. Sampling the newest entries shows how creators are remixing a sound right now - the qualitative half of the adoption curve the info endpoint quantifies.
